Aluminum Labels
Our thermal transfer aluminum barcode labels are designed for barcode or alphanumeric identification of hot metal items. It is the ideal label to withstand the high temperature (800°F / 427°C) in annealing & rolling of steel coil, billet, & other metal fabricating processes. The printed aluminum barcode label resists smearing, even when the product and label are directly removed from the hot environment.
RoHS Labels
The European Union's Restrictions on the Use of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive represents the largest and most complex data collection challenge in the history of the electronics industry. It is requiring electronics manufacturers and their suppliers to remove six hazardous substances from products sold into EU markets after July 1, 2006. These substances are: Lead, Hexavalent Chromium, Cadmium, Mercury, Polybrominated Biphenyl and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether. Compliance absolutely depends on timely, accurate and legally binding substance-level data collection. With hundreds or even thousands of organizations in a supply chain, the data collection process is extraordinarily complicated.

Polyester Labels
Polyester barcode labels, also known as "MylarŽ" Labels or Platinum Labels, can withstand harsh environments, including high heat, sunlight, UV, constant moisture or impacts.
The most common name is Mylar Label, which is a brand of polyester. Polyester labels usually have a glossy finish, and can be white or silver polyester. Our polyester labels are imprintable & usually require a resin thermal transfer ribbon, i.e. the SDR ribbon.
